You receive 60 or 120 QR Codes printed on weatherproof labels for your property and a digital folder with files corresponding to those QR code labels.
You put the labels on your property as needed (on cages, enclosures, pens, stalls, tanks, plant pots, garden plots, out buildings, barns, greenhouses, feed bins, etc.
You scan each QR code as you're ready to enter information. A google form opens. You answer the questions and the form populates the QR Code files for you
When a caregiver scans your QR code, the populated information appears on their phone in a view only file.
When you need to update information, you scan the QR code, make the adjustment, and everything is ready for the caregiver again.

A quick scan of the QR code on the phone(s) with permission enables quick edits of the file when updates are necessary. You can also update the files remotely.
Your helper scans the QR code to open the care file and know exactly what needs to be done.
A temporary caregiver needs only a phone with an internet connection, no special app. With that and a clear file, they can care for your animals and plants.
Each enclosure has a QR code.
Sometimes what you care for is in a cage, tank, enclosure, pen, room, stall, building, structure, or pot or bed (if it's a plant). Whatever houses the individuals you care for, gets a QR code.
